I think Ray would have a tiny fraction of the recruiting energy that he did around 1998. If I were Ray, I would have no interest whatsoever. I would have saved and invested a healthy amount from my many years as head coach. I would have a smaller, but nice place a block or two off St.Charles street and I would take the trolley to work at Tulane for my low pressure job with my buddy Ron Hunter, and also take it down to the Quarter for long lunch breaks a couple times a week. I would concentrate on expanding and refining my list of favorite restaurants around New Orleans.  |

I will say that Ray took Detroit from last to first!
He may not be my first choice but he does know how to win!
