Randy Stoops is a stand up guy! I’ve done business with him in a Chinese venture where we all knew there was risks. He is a class act and not a whiner! The very best guy in my view. He seems to have whined a little about those Penn State Tickets, though. Rumor. Unless you have first hand knowledge. Hasn't exactly been the best time to be a new car dealer. Over the years Stoops has done enough. He doesn't need to be taking any grief from people if he decides he's done. We should be thankful for what he has done. |

He pulled his money because he felt what he was getting in return wasn't on par with what he was giving. I don't think it makes him look bad at all. It makes me think he has standards. |

I believe that he has a year of eligibility remaining. He'd indicated at some point that he was moving on. If he's still with us I think Lewis can really help him focus and play harder. |

I know we have Pearson and Jihad who have some potential, and in some games he disappointed, but he's got some talent we can use. |

I don't entirely disagree. But. The whole idea of gift is that you aren't getting anything at all in return. Insisting you have a right to some quid pro quo return is not a gift.
That doesn't mean he was treated entirely right, I agree. We should have standards, on how we treat donors.
I think both sides could have handled the situation better.
