Did not see Thomas, Cochran def there. Thing I caught was him telling Sellers I need you to be vocal. I will empower you but I need your leadership Who was in the 34 jersey? Was I seeing windham or something? |

Randy Stoops is a stand up guy! I’ve done business with him in a Chinese venture where we all knew there was risks. He is a class act and not a whiner! The very best guy in my view. He does have a good reputation in business and the community. He seems to have whined a little about those Penn State Tickets, though.
Pulling participation as a booster in response to a slight, and making the decision due to good business reasons are different things, he should have left it at that. I have no idea who screwed up on that and didn't handle i t better, because he has a gripe about it, but it still doesn't make him look good. BSU doesn't do a terrible job with its fund raising or recognizing donors. With your great business acumen and insight to these things, why don't you call Randy and offer your services? I'm sure you know way more about how to run a multi million dollar business than he does. Stoops brand, his business and his "look" will be just fine. |

Not sure a successful businessman is going to value advice from someone who bought so readily into the increasingly shopworn Whitford excuses for years on end.

As a business decision I understand and support him completely, but then BSU owed him no particular perks unless it was in contract right? |

I didn't see Miryne either, but I LOVE this video. I love his message to both Sellers (as Calhoun said above) and what he said to the team after Windham made the three - "I want you to act like you expect that. Expect to be great." That is great!

But, I'm not so sure where you draw the line. And this may be more how you do the line drawing. Sounds a lot like a failure in communication. Usually both sides contribute to that. |
