I get we’re playing a far superior team, but just looking at us, man, this is gonna be a long season. We don’t generate much of anything in any phase. Just really lackluster overall. Don’t see any spark I’d hoped to see. Hopefully we’re staying mostly vanilla for Wmu.

What are we doing? Sneak before the time out then sneak again? Tenn was playing for the sneak or Steele up the middle.. A bootleg woulda maybe worked there with the d bunched and firing inside. that was doomed we continue to think our guys match up and can the individual match ups.. not happening Exactly. We’re trying to play them straight up and we flat do not have the horses to do it. |

Made it through the 1st quarter with no major injuries. (Trying to find something positive.)

Yeah, not many positives in that first quarter. Tennessee isn’t even playing well and they are about to go up 24.

Will Jones has been here for 12 years..time to give the young kids a look Barfield is supposed to be a stud yet we don’t use him. Tenn will easily cover the 35 spread. I’ve seen enough of us. There’s no there there. But maybe we’ll be much better next week. |

RB is not the problem. Yes he’s really good.. But also one dimensional and we gotta have some change up in there. If he’s our best player that’s not great. Not dynamic enough. Running him up the middle 30 times a game worked in the 80s and 90’s but not in todays game unless we’re up big and running clock. |
