Why wouldn’t we try for another 1st down to seal the game away instead of freaking punting it??? We will lose this game bc of the conservative play calling

I thought we were headed towards a BSUish loss with McGaughy getting a game winning TD. The way he was targeted late in the game made me nervous. Glad we locked down late in the game. Ugly win but we can’t be picky. On to UConn!

I thought we were headed towards a BSUish loss with McGaughy getting a game winning TD. The way he was targeted late in the game made me nervous. Glad we locked down late in the game. True the defense made plays, but their defense controlled ours very well.
It is very bsuish to win because the other team misses a PAT and fails to convert on 4th and short yardage. Twice.
Not exactly the game plan, not much to build on. But a happy bus ride back to Muncie.
