That last minute was rough, but a great second half.
Is Bumbalough out of the mist? He played a big part in the comeback.
Sparks has to practice some free throws.

As has become typical, I was not even aware BSU was playing....me having been trained into indifference by the program over, lo, these many years. But then three strange and unusual things happened:
1) I got online and saw the game was happening and that BSU WAS AHEAD OF A NON-MEDIOCRE TEAM IN THE 2ND HALF.
2) I had to get back to the project I was involved in, but I was actually curious and even concerned about the game.
3) I checked back in and found they had won a fairly impressive non conf game.
Thankfully I missed the near epic collapse in the last 40 seconds. Does anyone know when Owens-White is expected to play?

Owens white has an Achilles problem. Will he even play?

It's appears Owens-White is out of the walking boot, so maybe he's making progress. I also wonder about Adams. Is his bad back ever going to let him play, or will he red-shirt the season?
Kenpom had Missouri State ranked #123 before the BSU game. Quality win indeed. No way a Whitford coached team wins this type of game.

Super athlete. Get him heathy and coached up. |

Both freshmen are good athletes and maybe that made it look like that might get them some minutes, but hard to expect much until late in the season. Cleary should be ready at some point sooner to contribute, he's older, has played some decent competition. I was glad to see him play some, but so far I'm really glad Pearson has been serviceable.
Owens White would be a plus even if just for limited time. He shoots FTs and can handle the ball which would make a difference at the end of games, and if he get's healthy adds quickness that Bumbalough does not. Seeing Bumb play solidly and contribute as a reserve was really needed. And we'll need some bench minutes tomorrow.
SJS has some size, so even if we are favored it will be a gut check and likely a struggle. Wonder if we'll see Hendricks called to the front.

Let’s hope we are not relying on Hendrix to have to contribute. It’s cute to get him some mop up time or play him in a exhibition but he doesn’t need to be out there in a meaningful game
