Sparks was up against a tough and athletic center but Lewis maneuvered him in and out of the lineup to perfection.

I just checked box scores last three games (Chicago State, Toledo, Akron). Coleman only had ONE turnover last three games combined.

If you’re not loving this team this year so far then you need to leave this fan board bc this team is doing all the right things the right way and making Ball State basketball fun again to watch and cheer for! Man have I ever missed this excitement and feeling! Great job coach Lewis for putting the rest of the f’n MAC on notice!!!!

TO margin we win by 6. Rebound margin! Instead of hitting 50% of 3s, we can't hit, still win going to the basket. Box score items stand out.
Cover the spread by comfortable margin, gee, must have been an easy game...
Just kept playing down the stretch, Akron could not match the toughness.
Props to Coleman, Jihad for individual contributions. And Sparks for FTs!

Hello from Mexico lets fucking go boys. I could only watch the scorboard but damn it this one was big. Did cruise ship port in Mexico to re-stock on alcohol? Just remember in Mexico if you have a cocktail with ice...drink it before the ice melts! |

Great win; been a LONG time since BSU has won that kind of game. Crowd wasn't real large but intense and into the whole game. Refs "helped" keep them fired up!

Have to admit, I stopped watching the past few Whitford years… I’m glad I tuned in today. This team is fun and doesn’t seem to make costly mistakes. I missed watching BSU basketball. Glad you tuned in! |

I mentioned Toledo game how offensive rebounds migated turnovers...this game our offensive rebounds were 17-11. That made up for our mess in first half big time. The aggressiveness is a very compelling trait of this team. |
