You do not deserve a win with 20 turnovers. Hope we can get healthy before Miami. 13 of them by Sellers, Sparks, and Coleman. Just unacceptable. Sellers absolutely killed us tonight. We needed him to step up with Jacobs out. |

The difference was not having Jacobs. Lewis needs to find a good pg in the portal. We need to get a distributor and a leader. We blew a great opportunity tonight and one that is going to piss Lewis off.

I’m not too worried about this loss. We played very poorly, especially without Jacobs. But, we didn’t quit and kept coming. Sellers has some work to do in developing a complete game, including the mental part. I have confidence we have a coach who can teach the right lessons after this one. Gotta regroup and move on the next.
im sure Lewis is getting a very clear picture as to the holes in needs to plug through recruiting.

Tough road game, but hopefully we will be able to bounce back against Miami. This is still a decently young team, so I have high hopes for the rest of this year and next year. A lot of room to grow.

Lewis clearly avoided saying what was wrong with Jacobs in the post-game interview.
This team will be sub 500 in league play without him. Hopefully it's just a short-term illness.

My enthusiasm for this team was not diminished by tonight’s tough loss. I still love the direction of the program under Coach Lewis. Will be making the 3-hour trek back to Muncie on Saturday to cheer on the Cards against Miami. Go Cards! We Fly!!

He's probably got COVID and the whole team is infected and we'll have to forfeit games. Things have been going too well. We're doomed. |

He can't really be sure of a lot in the new era of recruiting. Not until we see who stays, who goes. He knows some about his freshmen, but that's not exactly certain. |
