About a year ago I had a great conversation with Basil Mawbey. We were both attending a memorial service for my best friend's wife. We talked about Rayl and Pavy and the other great stuff about NCC basketball. At this service he mentioned that he was helping coach the Indians. Yes, back to Kent. It is hard to shake what the General said about being "downtrodden pussies" but I think we that we are at least 3 quarters of the way around the bend in getting over being downtrodden. It just took a coach who didn't perpetuate ineptness to get us started. Our downtrodden pussies just got a new hairdo.

I'll be making my first journey to Kent tonight for the game. Apparently it's a "Blackout" game with a $2 beer and $8 ticket special. Could be a decent crowd on hand

I think they'll rotate different guys on Carry. They are balanced and smart so we just have to be tough at all five spots.

Back to Kent; I truly hope Lewis uses Sellers mainly on Carry! Maybe a little Jacobs but a large dose of Sellers mainly because of his athleticism. Jacobs very good on a guard that tries to go the basket with those blocks. Sellers maybe longer to bother a jump shot, keep the ball away from his man.
Our defense may have to be attacking Carry trying to wear him down, saddle him with foul trouble...If Jacobs gets to take them to the basket that would be great.
Kent is a defensive team and forces TO. We need Sellers to be good and very sharp on offense I don't want him worn out on D.
Hope we can find some bench play.
