Sorry to you IU slurpers… We got rolled…..disappointing performance. Why are you even here? You mostly just troll and bag on coaches who are respected everywhere outside of your head. Ain’t no one here an “ IU slurper”. Yeah we got our asses handed to us. No shit. No one is happy about that. Doesn’t change a damn thing regarding how Lewis has had this team playing despite mostly being limited to 6 effective players. Also has zero to do with where he went to college. I don’t care if he went to freaking Goshen, all I care is we had 14 wins for the season last year and he’s got us at 13 wins before the end of January this year. We were freaking 2nd in the MAC coming into tonight. If you can’t tell Lewis has improved our team then you don’t have a freaking clue about basketball. |

Ass wuppin’ and on to the next game. Kent is as good as advertised and we get a shot at home still 13-6 and 4-2. I’m sure they learned a lesson where their weaknesses too.

Agree, give Jihad more PT. I think Sparks. A liability most of the time. I am not impressed with his skills. Jihad coming along. Earning time. Sparks used differently and always an opponent emphasis. Not a liability. That's silly. Can't compare them, different players. |

No one should be surprised in the least by this result. Kent is the real deal and we've been stumbling of late...not to mention we have our limitations.
Sellers clearly doesn't like physical play. He needs to get over that.

I just dont no what everyone expected. We post rankings numbers statistics Everyday. If your not into those you can google Kent and read. Dont like that check what vegas had to stay. Point being everyone and everything pointed to this.

Most impressive thing about Kent was how they hedged our high ball screens. Our ball handlers had to back up and even turn their back ma to the hedger to try and keep the ball and get separation. Rendered that ball screen useless because we weren’t able to pass or dribble off it.

What does this even mean They know who they are…the Ball U grads that root for IU basketball and thinks it walks on water…would probably deep down, root for IU if they played Ball U. I’m happier that Lewis learned under Cronin than Knight. Work to do, we’ll see if he has what it takes. Question, did Majerus ever get blown out like this? Just asking? |

I root for IU, Purdue and Notre Dame along with my favorite Cardinals. I’m a college basketball nut hell I root for Duke sometimes.

Those guys are not on this board although many did witness and watch knights antics. If you watch Lewis you can see some of the same antics. Its stupid to knock our coach because of where he played and who he learned from. You act like we are on here discussing Iu wins and losses. Did Majerous get blown Out I dont know but Im guessing no but who cares. No one was comparing Lewis to Rick.

The point is Majerus’ teams were very disciplined. If the offense was off the defense and discipline on offense kept them in the game. Good shots vs bad shots.
The spread was 9, not 21.
The jury is still out on Lewis, as expected this far into the season.
Better than Whitford of course. Didn’t take much.
