Having a BSU QB that doesn't stare down his primary receiver, goes through progressions, and finds open receivers is something we have not seen in a while.
Kentucky is expected to be one of the best defenses in the SEC. If true our offense could be stronger than anticipated.
Worried about defense.

real quick Im melting and gotta drive home. Hatcher should not be starting which he will and I get starting him iat Ga but Hands down Semonza was better it was not close. Yea we got stomped but there were alot of good things Yep. Good summary. |

I think we could have a decent year if Semonza gets the starting nod. It looks like we have good weapons at all skill positions. WRs are a bit of a question mark, but Magwood and Robinson could be good for us. With both TEs on the field we should be tough to defend.

You have to feel pretty good about this team! Liked the play calling. Got the feeling Kelly could take off for 30 yards on any play. Decent touch on some balls too. Got to play the freshman too though. Felt like he had control when he was in there. Gonna have to go with the freshman and get Kelly in there especially when their defense is gassed. Be strategic with Kelly. The freshman takes us on a long drive, get a 3 and out. Or sudden change of possession, get Kelly in to press on the gas.
Better play calling. Lots of positives to take away. We will be pretty good!!

Some worry about injuries, we can't afford losing good players. We can be competitive in the MAC and that's the good news. Still, in cold light of day we were beaten soundly by a middling P4 team. |

Right now, 90% of the time he's on the field he ends up with the ball. Just makes it too easy for the defense. Needs to be out there running routes or just being a decoy to open up things for others. But I agree with Tony. If Semonza starts and we can avoid any more severe injuries, we'll still get killed at Georgia ... but we could be pretty decent in the MAC. |

I thought there were two very bad calls; I looked at the replay on the play that was reviewed and to me it looked a 100% like targeting and the interference call at the goal line couldn’t certainly not been called.
I’m not saying we would have won at all but the lack of a penalty on the potential targeting call was a big momentum factor.

I thought the PI was legit (watching from my phone in the car) but I thought they were going to call offsetting because they had a pretty bad holding. I’m also less bitter about the scoop n score that should have been targeting, because they had a legit scoop n score taken off the board later. |

Used to have comparable weight lifting numbers to Steele. |
