I dont think pemberton came back but I could be wrong. Colls gotta be done for the year. Hunt listed as day to day but trust me its more like week to week. I would just hope hes back for MAC and we dont push it I was mistaken on Pemberton. It was Koziol who I was thinking of returning to the game. Both Coll and Pemberton haven't seen a doctor yet, so we don't know how bad either injury is. |

The coll not seeing a doctor yet thing is coach speak and misleading. Hes seen a doctor at least for initial x rays. He is probably waiting to see the ortho specialist

Would assume he saw a doctor at the stadium/on the field. And most doctors attached to football teams probably have heavy ortho background. Maybe even got X-rays at the stadium.

Kentucky announcers said on radio their team doctor was down on field asking what he could do before he was even moved. I would think he immediately looked at him before he was moved. Yes he was a surgeon.

Yep martin tried to come back a couple times but was never the same. Coll already a 5th year but could get medical. Hes got his shit together though married teady to go to med school thats probably all for him Yeah I think as much as Clayton loves football he’ll still move on to med school at this point. Super bright future ahead for that young man. Very tough to see his season end so quickly. hopefully Pemberton won’t miss too much time. Let’s save Hunt for the MAC season. Go have fun playing at #1, stay healthy and come home and get ready for The Trees. NIL at Ball State pays better |

Saw Pemberton's parents (some class folks by the way) after the game and they said he has a sprained MCL and ankle. Given how bad it looked initially they were grateful that's all it was. Will be out for a few weeks which means he would be back for the majority of the MAC season. The news on Coll is not as good. Broken ankle and appears done for the year. Feel for that young man in particular. Has represented himself and the program incredibly well. |
