How's he look handling the ball, or is off the ball most the time? Playing D? Didn't seem to be handling the ball a ton, but just like here, very explosive on fast breaks. His weakness here was physical play and defense. Of course they're not showing defense enough to judge, but most of the highlights don't make the play look physical at all. Big 12 play will test him a lot more physically. Agreed. He has always played SG/SF. More SF probably. That should be harder at higher level on D. To play in NBA, surely a G, he will have to handle the ball more and defend guards. His outside shot is good, but he's got some work ahead.

Sparks 7 minutes 4 rebounds 1pt He laid some bricks from the FT line. The pressure at the free-throw line is probably significantly magnified for him now compared to his time at BSU. At BSU, he knew he was going to play nearly the entire game (foul total permitting) and that he would get 10 or more free-throw attempts. Now at Indiana he's thinking: "I'm only going to get a few minutes of playing time and these 3 or 4 free-throw attempts may be the only chance I have to score". I doubt if he'll ever even shoot the percentage he did while at BSU, let alone improve.

Coleman 0-4 in limited court time vs Creighton. Averaging 15% from 3fg I hope he likes his NIL, because he sure did us wrong IMO.

Coleman 0-4 in limited court time vs Creighton. Averaging 15% from 3fg I hope he likes his NIL, because he sure did us wrong IMO. It might be for the best. He may have slightly improved our team this year, but not enough to make a real difference. The playing time others will get should help down the road.

He'd add a streaky outside threat. Add much needed experience. Would be a starter, certainly take Hendriks spot, but could not be as ball dominant.
We'd be better now.
All dependent on his motivation, willingness to change role.
Something is obviously amiss in Nebraska, I expected more there.

Maybe that's just because he crapped on us, but I agree.
