A great season. Tough loss to a hard nosed team. We just were not ready to get into a fist fight. Also they saw something on film that showed we were weak defending the back side cut to the basket. That ate us up. Good luck ladies in the WNIT!

Winning against good teams is going to be hard if they have to win a game of half court basketball and can't get to the basket.

I don't recall anyone whining like little bitches. This team has nothing to prove check the team stats for the year they finish as a top 50 team. Theer is at least one player on the team that if you called her a whining little bitch that she would knock you on your ass and that is Alex Richard.

I’m referring to our coach complaining about the net ranking.
They had a good year, and nobody can take that away from them.
They also got beat by 15 in the semis (never close) of a weak MAC league tourney, and were destroyed by the only top teams they played, UConn and ND…absolutely destroyed.
Not a great year, but a solid year that ended in another Ball U choke.
Now prove yourself and show up and represent in the tourney you have left. Maybe if they do that, they will get the benefit of the doubt next year.

Toledo, Ball State, Buffalo, BG and Kent are all in post season brackets. Luck to all of them and is proof of how strong the MAC is

With Muhl and Barreto in the portal, and the graduation of Estel and Rauch, there are a few roster spots to fill. Of course, the full starting lineup is back (unless some more portal announcements occur), but it seems a need for another big, a backup pg, a 3pt shooter. Expecting some of the freshmen to take bigger roles... Brooke, Smith x2...

I doon't blame Muhl or Barreto. Both will likely get much more playing time elsewhere. Thought Muhl was a solid backup for Becki.
Brooke showed some flashes of potential in her limited playing time.
Also I noticed that half of Akron and EMU's roster is in the portal. Tough times for the new coaches.
