Koziol just made it public Can't blame him. We never threw him the ball. Likely more of the same next year with a running QB.

None of these are surprised you can see the logic in all of these so far

Let me guess...Crowe, Hunt or Koziol? Thing is With tge exception of pemberton all these guys plus scott are players who can and will get paid alot of money. They were gone no matter what happened

In some cases, true. But for a couple of these players money is not the motivating factor, it's trust. They were as frustrated by the coaching decisions (and indecisions) as we were but also feel like they weren't told the truth about their role.

But isn’t the culture that was built worth staying for?

morehead Who knows unless we were at practice
Riley scott started everygame what more could he want
Pemberton missed half of the season when he came back he took back over as second string. Was he promisef more carries? Did staff owe him carries? Did he feel as if he were better than cooper?
Koziol deff did not get targets was that just cause of tge offensive change? Are we implying staff was purposefully not calling plays for him
id suspect a couple o line guys are going but again starters what more can they want

They’ll just give coop a thousand carries next year…. That is exactly what they are going to do. Little birdie says that one of the problems on the offensive side of the ball was that players were dictating play calls and substitution decisions. Half-efforts in practice and complaining about other other players' getting touches is not a good culture. So whoever comes in as OC is not only going to have to create a more compelling offensive playbook but is going to have to create an environment of accountability. When you look at the players comments on Pemberton's departure, it's clear that he's going to be a bigger loss than we might think. Came back from injury when he could have been a medical redshirt and mentored younger guys...wish him well. You have to wait and see what a freshman will do, IMHO. So the Neu has such a good lockerrom culture mantra is just more BS...makes sense

I heard Koziol was gone way before the season started. We'll see if he goes where I was told he was going.

If you're Koziol and you literally disappear from the offense after the 3rd game (except when he was found against Eastern Michigan), you don't care much care why and NIL money is not going to make you feel better. (JJ McCarthy of Michigan was his high school QB but we shall see where he goes.) I'm not going to get into specifics here but the new OC is going to have to change some players me-first mentalities or we're going to see more regrettable departures.

It shouldn't be, at the rate we're losing players to the portal and graduation.
