All Jones had to do was stay home and the ball bounces right to him. 🤦🏻♂️ Or at least the ball hits him in the head and bounces in a harmless direction....as the Benny Hill theme song plays. Laughed out loud on that one |

Well one thing was accomplished today. That play provided an emblematic moment to hang the memory of the 2023-24 season on.
20 years in the future:
Long time BSU fan #1: "Wait....what year are you talking about?"
Long time BSU fan #2: "Remember? It was that year where one of the Michigan teams knocked us out of even being in the MAC tourney by throwing a full court bounce pass for a lay-up at the buzzer to beat us in Worthern."
Long time BSU fan #1: "Ohhhhhh. THAT year."

On the other hand, did people think the foul on Pearson's 3-pointer was legit? I know the shot was way short but I didn't see a lot of contact. Seems like that's not typically called.
Perhaps if that foul was a little tricky-tacky, the final play was just karma.

What would have been even more BSU-ish had Pearson made all 3 FT’s to put us up 1 point before that final play!
