There are some basketball players walking around campus who with a f--- yeah I could do that attitude could hit those shots because they would be like our players be wide open. There have been numerous examples of walking on and making the team across all sports. The most famous one recently was the center from Kent State. Not "just about anyone off the street," I have to point out.

I told you guys I had very serious doubts after the ISU game. Now I'm wondering if we will find a way to even win 2 or 3 MAC games...
Lewis has SERIOUS problems.

Hart has not impressed me nor Hernandez. IMO Hill is the best talent and I like Burch and Watts. Gorosito has a great looking jumper but is tied up by bigger defenders. Totally disgusted on how inconsistent and spastic Mickey is. Sparks is a mystery as is Jones. I can relate to coach being frustrated, but there is some talent there. Maybe another offensive set, play others? Press? Something has to happen soon. So, you are saying Hill will be gone next year? Yup!

So, let's see here. Our problems this year, cited either by Coach Lewis or posters here, seem to be ...
1. Selfish play 2. Can't shoot 3. Too many turnovers 4. Can't rebound 5. Can't defend 6. No leadership 7. Lack of conditioning for some players
Or in other words, about the only thing we seem to be able to do is get dressed for the games (and the managers probably help with that).
If we could just solve 2 or 3 of those it might at least give us a fighting chance. So maybe we can just pick a few to work on and see if we can hang our hat on that ...

That's a plan.
We realistically. knew some would be problems.
Offense is a surprise.
Sparks ills a surprise.
Solve a few, and a few more become manageable.
