NIU is 1-11 on the road and 0-7 on the road in the MAC. Let’s just make sure it continues that way.

Win out at home and we should be a #3 seed. I also would like to see Kip come in and get some minutes. Is it just a confidence thing or did he run over Whit's dog? He was up to go in at one point it appeared.

Gunn is going to have to do more than being a catch and shoot guy. Going to have to thin down... Looks like a good FT shooter, if he ever can get going to the basket and get fouled, wow...Mallers found some of that this year.

Toledo press points out some reasons they were off their game, missing PG and the reserve got quick fouls. But they do have an awfully good player, will be tough to beat 3 times, but easier than beating UB.

Almost Any team struggles when they lose their point guard.

He would not have made a difference the Cards flat out whooped Toledo’s ass. This was a great team effort and no one here can say anything negative about this game other than the officials were real bad. Toledo is 11-3 and the Cards wins are 2 of their losses.

just watched the replay. the red and white played well. that said, i think we need to work on layups...like putting the ball in the basket👍 the new lineup is working.

Layups have been a hit or miss proposition all season.

I give credit to Cardfan and RMCalhoun...while not always positive they hang around during the win streaks too but a few are conspicuous by their absence

I told myself today that the team that played hardest and smartest would win and we did. Jumped on them early and never took our foot off their throat. That’s the kind of killer instinct we’ve been waiting to see all year...maybe all of the past three years.
The frosh were spectacular today. Not expecting that every game but if they can just be solid it will be a huge boost down this last four game stretch heading into Cleveland.
Ive been attending BSU games at UG, IG and Worthen for over 35 seasons now and that was a top five worst officiated game EVER. I don’t blame either coach for being incensed. Courtney Green the lead official should be ashamed of that performance. NCAA Director of Officiating JD Collins was in attendance today and I hope he takes that crew to task over the shit show they called. It was a travesty for both squads and the fans. Thankfully, the Cards played through it and stayed on task. Toledo never had a chance.
NIU will be the proverbial “trap”game Tuesday with Western looming on Friday. Part of me wishes today’s game was closer because sometimes it’s natural to have a let down after a big blowout win. Let’s hope that isn’t the case. Go you mighty Cardinals!

Officiating reminded me of a HS game.
Kept wondering if we would have enough players. Especially when Sellers limped off to the locker room.
Toledo had their problems but dressed enough players they might come back from 30 down and win playing 5 on 4 with their star in the game.

We are just waiting for the turd at this point. I guess id rather it come during one of the next four than have it happen in the first round of the tournament. German is going to be a nightmare match up for us. Ill bet a dollar weenie that he or their other guard has a career game against us. Just cant let them both do it in the same game. A strategy we could implement is let German get his by taking a ton of shots and focus on shutting everyone else down.

I give credit to Cardfan and RMCalhoun...while not always positive they hang around during the win streaks too but a few are conspicuous by their absence I am never going to be a person that oozes positivity because I am always looking for something to improve on. I will also always say we are playing like shit or this a problem that needs fixed etc etc. I love talking Ball State Sports so Im going to be around win or lose. I still have my questions and concerns but as long as we are winning I am just enjoying the ride.. I fear your going to see the very negative side of pop back up during football season so get ready.
