If they lose a couple I can see them getting dropped from the top 25 quickly.. No one wants them there and no one wants them taking a spot from the big guys.

Heard it here first: Buffalo will lay a turd in the MAC tournament. Even if they do, and they are still playing at this level in March, they would be an at-large in The Dance. Potential for two MAC teams to get in for the first time since...I can't remember.

Ok lets think the other way Buffalo wins all their remaining in season games. Where are they going to be ranked going into the MAC tournament? If that occurs they will get in the NCAA even if they lose in the tourney. If they win the tourney too? Where do you seed them in the NCAA?

If the MAC tourney was today, and Buffalo lost, they might not make it. They are currently 23 in KenPom. A loss would knock them down to a point from which some teams have NOT made it in recent years. e.g. Penn State and Baylor last year.

I’d say the win the MAC with 24 + wins they’d be a 10 or 11 seed

I’d say the win the MAC with 24 + wins they’d be a 10 or 11 seed Really, Butler won 27 games in a better conference one year and didn't get an at large.

The most hostile debates on this board are generally about the reasonableness vs. the absurdity of someone's random speculation about the future.
Therefore I will withhold publication any guesses I may have as to where Buffalo may seed to avoid any drawn out debates that can only actually be proved or disproved by what happens three months from now.
I've made my guess internally and will let you all know how right I was in March.

Fun game to watch last night. Very good Buffalo team. Massinburg (sp) shots have a close resemblance to Zach Ginn!
