Every business deal is contractual.
Well, no shit. I quit reading right there. OK. So many students try it, but that method doesn't work very well getting the answer to your questions. Maybe the test will be open book.

I would say no. It was hard material to work with to make entertaining.

The sad thing is that if 00 and Halftime were in the same room, they'd probably hash this out in 10 minutes and find out they actually don't disagree (especially if the "room" was a bar). But since this is a message board, we get page after page of stuff that nobody but them should read.

I sometimes think they are the same person but suffer from multiple personalities so they/he/it just argue with themselves. Only problem with that is I have met 00mh and he seems normal enough. As far as I know Sweep has never been met by anyone he might even be an alien or something

Makes perfect sense. You never see 00 and Halftime together right?

Makes perfect sense. You never see 00 and Halftime together right? Im still not sure Halftime has any real ties to BSU I think he was just wanting someone to f with and thought hey Ball State fans might be fun. He then realized not only are we fun but its a good school to kind of root for

"Revenue" and "profit" are different things.
Revenue just means money is coming in by people buying your product or service.
Profit is what you have left over after all the expenses are covered.
What we do is operate at a loss, with those losses picked up by the university through other accounts.
It's a lot like our government.

The government is dealing in the real world with real problems. More reason there to expect taxpayers to be willing to pay for it. However on the count of entertainment value , despite our current chief executive is trying hard on that count, and a lot more press coverage for government, BSU sports has slightly more entertainment value.

I only see what's quoted, but it looks like (as usual) it's really a case of 00 misrepresenting what he's responding to and then lecturing at an elementary level as if he's imparting some serious knowledge. I think your scenario would end with punches being thrown unless he quit being such a jackass.
And just for the record 00, is the last person I would trust to explain anything having to do with property law.

Comprehend this. Football and basketball charge admission. They are revenue generating sports. Whether they are successful is a very different thing. Those sports that do not charge admission are non-revenue sports. Hope that clears up your inability to understand how sports are categorized. Pretty simple guideline, your brilliance. Well they sell tickets to women's volleyball also, so there is another "revenue" sport by your definition. BSU is rolling in athletic $$$$! I am also today announcing that tickets are now available for my next visit to sit on the toilet. $19.99 for front row, $11.99 to stand further back on the edge of the tub. My bowel movements are now a "revenue sport" per cardfan12. If you shitting is a sanctioned athletic program by Ball State and a collegiate athletic association (aka NCAA), then yes, it would be a revenue sport. Will it be profitable? I highly doubt, but how many sports at Ball State are profitable?

And just for the record 00, is the last person I would trust to explain anything having to do with property law. Maybe. I am pretty good on contract law and business organization, though. That is what I think we are talking about. Property law has more to do with real property. I have a lawyer to handle most of my real estate investments.
