he will be up near the top in points and rebounds........... along with a title .......... Well you have a point, because I don't see a title this season, and unless he averages about 50 and 17 next season I don't see a title there either.

Don’t assume he’ll be first team given the talent at his position across the league. Bsu tends to not get guys voted first team when we think they should. he’ll also need to rank fairly high in terms of career point and rebound numbers. Being all Mac twice doesn’t hurt but it’s not an automatic qualifier to be selected for the hall of fame. Leading us into the NCAa tourney wouldn’t be a bad idea either. You are dead on about all MAC honors. Also. Something to be said for that last. But for this discussion we're talking about HOF a little more loosely anyway. Rick Hall is in the HOF in one use of the word, and certainly not deserving it on the numbers as an individual.
I think maybe HOF numbers he might get. Or by comparison to some past greats that had good numbers but no titles.

What I’m really concerned about right now is the very real possibility we’ll get run off the court tomorrow night and Saturday. (But Saturday we’re having a blizzard so that game is in doubt)
This team suddenly has some very serious issues that need to get rectified or we’re down the tubes pretty quick.

I agree with Cardfan....he will be up near the top in points and rebounds...and likely tops in FG percentage. Plus two MAC first team selections and I'm projecting one this season along with a title would certainly give him better than a fair chance. Still a lot of season to be written for sure Kid, but way too early to predict whether any of our guys will make any of the All Mac teams. Off to a slow start as a team is not helpful. I've seen all of our All Mac first teamers and hall of famers, as have you I'm guessing. He's had a nice growth season so far but his play and effort Saturday was a step back. Everyone has a bad game so let's hope he comes out with a vengeance tomorrow at BG. They are on a roll and undefeated at home. We MUST have Teague play at an all-mac level to be an upper tier team. Without 18 and 10 from him virtually every game we will struggle. Mallers and Moses are too inconsistent and our bench depth is gone. With two home losses now we basically have to run the table at home the rest of the way and steal a bunch on the road to get a bye. I'm just looking for a win at this point. I'm not sure what title you are predicting but until we get back to being the team we were most of Nov. & Dec. then I am not buying anything.

. (But Saturday we’re having a blizzard so that game is in doubt) Is it really supposed to be that bad ? 10-16 inches predicted for Muncie. But, the game is in mount pleasant, which surprisingly has a much better forecast than Indiana. So actually that game shouldn’t be in doubt.

He’s not even our leading scorer so thr good Kid is getting ahead of himself. And our leading scorer, Persons, won’t be first team either. Especially the way he’s been the last two games.

Is it really supposed to be that bad ? 10-16 inches predicted for Muncie. Anyone care to weigh in on the reasonableness or absurdity of this prediction?
Was the predictor using the Fifth-Generation Penn State University/National Center for Atmospheric Research mesoscale model or the Weather Research and Forecast (WRF) modeling system?
Most importantly, what is the kid predicting?

Good point. It’s the Kids’s predictions that drive the universe.

Of the players on our roster who have stats that are career worthy, Moses and Persons lead that list and Teague is moving up the charts. The outlier on all of them is they've played a large number of games and minutes due to roster deficiencies, with the exception of Persons who would have played regardless. Moses and Teague's stats are inflated due to lack of quality depth of the team. 20 years past they likely would not have played much as freshmen and not as many minutes throughout because of better supporting talent. You had to pretty special to start all four years.
I will say this about TP. He will finish top three all time in assists, top fifteen in scoring in just three years. He's had a helluva career in any era. If were to earn a NCAA or NIT bid he might have a HOF worthy career.
