That's now two staff openings and with Whitford on the last year of his contract what kind of an applicant pool can we expect?

I was having a pretty decent Monday until just about now. So by my count we have lost 4 players (5 counting Hazen most likely) and 2 coaches this offseason? Wonderful!

But we still have basketballs!! Not as bad as when Ronnie Thompson was here.
I would also view this as an indication Whitford isn't getting an extension. Grunkemeyer would have a pretty good read on whether his job was secure for the next few years at BSU under Whitford.

I think all of you are correct no extension is forthcoming so get out now. I suspect Whit will be hard pressed to pull a Lembo. Will this coaching change run off any of the current team members?

Good God, our Athletic Department is just plain incompetent. This is exactly why handling contracts in an ethical manner is so important. Letting Whitford twist in the wind is just wrong on so many levels. This is professional negligence on the part of the AD and University President.
I am no fan of Whitford, but no one deserves this.
