Hard to imagine an AD with a quick trigger finger is going to give Whitford the required 6-7 years to install his culture.

if that AD, who just grabbed the bull by the horns and apparently demonstrated a zero tolerance for failure and mediocrity now hires Jimmy "Two Wins" Whitford, then....I just don't know. That would be truly baffling.
