It's hard to say exactly what's normal in CBB recruiting these days, but this definitely isn't it. Will be very interesting to see how this goes.

Ok correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't it an eastern Michigan Booster that was offering something like 1 million bucks if a college qb transfered there. I wonder if something like that happened

I wonder if something like that happened Yes they wanted Caleb Williams, the former Oklahoma QB who went to USC I think to follow his old coach. I think Charlie Batch (former EMU QB) had a collective developed for that $1 million. |
