We lost the last two games at the buzzer and not bad D! I see a good season in the MAC 12-6

Look anyone watching that game knows that there were two things that cost of that game. One was Sparks missing the last few free throws, think he hit one, and two getting totally FUCK by those assholes refs!! I think that was the worst homer rets I’ve ever seen.

Small sample size but Lewis > Whitford by a wide margin.
Look at the balance in the box score compared to last year. Essentially the same players that are being better utilized.

We definitely got several bad calls but I see no quit in this team! A Lewis team comes to play.
It truly was a lucky forced shot that beat us.
Truly reduced turnovers today and shot well! Nothing to complain about except for the L
If that’s the 120th ranked team, we’re not 212!

I am not one who celebrates a close loss. A loss is a loss!! We are playing better and you can see we play harder and look much better offensively. Concerns: Sparks free throw shooting has become mental and that is a major problem. Teams that are aggressive attacking the offensive glass is a problem and Coleman on the defensive end. We need one more quality big man. Duquesne really hurt us on the offensive glass and besides Sparks, we do not have a group that can play physical inside the lane. Lewis has this group more focused and I definitely see a big difference in our play. Ultimately, you have to win games like these and we have lost 3 that you have to win if you want to be a contender. I do think we are heading in the right direction. Lewis has to find another big to go with Sparks.

I see a good season in the MAC 12-6 I think it's still hard to say how we'll do long-term this season, because we lack any real depth and have no post play outside of Sparks, but Lewis definitely has these guys competing and he's made progress on a lot of the stupid crap that Whitford pushed.

Tough loss. Boogie couldn't have guarded that prayer any better than that. Sellers was terrific. There were a lot of questionable calls but nothing we won't see in MAC play. Sparks missing free throws is a concern. It sure hurt today.

This was our best game. From what I have seen we are the 3rd best team in the MAC now based on this game. We are going to continue to get better. We have the talent. Notice that Henderson played. Jihad will continue to gain confidence and get better. We will end up with a team that will give much pause to Toledo and Kent and the others.

He played, but had a zero stat line. Outside shooting is a major concern as well as depth and post play, but I always have to remind myself just how bad MAC basketball is nowadays.

Again 3-6 are just a jumbled mess of teams who can beat each other on a given night. Toledo and Kent are head and shoulders above the rest today. Both play 8-10 deep with good backups. We don’t have that Everyone please stop with any mention of Hendrix he is an emergency band aid

Jihad is the one who really needs to step up for interior help. Hasn’t shown enough yet.

My guess is Hendriks worked hard in practice this week and his 1 minute appearance in the firs half was his reward for that.

Not like Jihad was converting those possessions. Development may be a long shot but not like we can ignore long shots in our greatest area of weakness.
