Well I wasnt able to watch the game so I planned to watch tonight, but when I looked up the game on ESPN+ they very inconveniently had the replay right next to a highlight of “Duquesne wins on buzzer beater.” Effing ESPN. I watched the last few possessions. That was a miracle shot for them. We’re snakebit.

Problem is jihad has some skill but is very unathletic Hendrix is athletic with no skill. He's already better than I expected. From hopeless to the point he can now play a few minutes as well as Jihad. Now maybe a project. Jihad can play better longer, seems a bit stronger. I expect more from him. Neither has to terrific, just play very hard, be active, grab a rebound, catch the ball. Maybe get fouled or give a good foul. |

For now he's what we got, a long shot to develop, some hope to have some minor value in a game. |

I think Lewis will “encourage “ a player or two to leave after this season.
We’ve lost to some good teams and we’ve been really competitive. As Lewis said Said he feels we should have two more wins. We played well enough, just had some tough luck at the buzzer in a couple. I like our progress.

Jihad made a nice move under the basket today for a bucket that encourages me to think he can be developed. I think a lot of our guys got nothing from Whitford's "coaching." I like our progress too! |

As we all know our depth is weak. Why not ask Brady Hunt to come out? He was a terrific HS scorer and has size and skill. Sure wouldn't hurt.

IMO, Ball State’s best football athlete of all time, Shaffer Suggs played basketball and at 6’3” jumped Center and more than not won the jump. He was awesome. Hunt could be a great addition! Ask Sparks, Hunt played him tough in high school. |
