We should be a substantial favorite.
They're rebuilding and have lost big most games, only beat weak teams, have played well enough to be respectable in a couple of games coming up short at the end, against Ohio U on the road and Illinois St at home. Roster has some size, but they get their offense from guards. Have a smurf guard who is vet.
Would love to see us get off and take control and be able to play reserves. Would like to see our freshmen play, might have to wait until we're home over break.
Anybody know status of Owens White?

Interesting challenge for staff.
Hard to motivate players when big favorites. Maybe especially on road vs weak team. Tendency to play just well enough to win.
If we come out and really go at them, not let up, it's a good sign.
If we play reserves and they play hard, another plus. Hungry bench players getting a taste of PT is great motivation for them. And useful to them to get game coaching.

I will be surprised if our team does not really go after them. Last year's team would more likely play just well enough to win and then maybe not even win.

Not finding our groove just yet. Is it just me or are these rims/backboards/goal supports really really flimsy? I legit think Sparks could break these backboards on a dunk.
