I’m very hopeful that between the Board, Coach Lewis, athletic dept., or absolutely anyone, we come up with the greatest promotion of all time for the Kent game in Worthen!
Maybe something that puts the dorms, fraternities, sororities in some type of competition! 7,000+++

It’s all good. I appreciate your passion and local knowledge. I’m a realist. I attempt to comment both positives and negatives with a bit of humor (in my eyes). Some on here can’t take any negative and real world comments. Out of stater, but we’ll have a shot and laugh one day Absolutely It would help his cause to not call people on here “iu slurpers”. Especially since NO ONE has said a word about IU on here. But, we think Lewis is doing a pretty good job so far, so therefore, iu slurpers I guess. He’s not been real complimentary of Rich Maloney either. |

Just a troll, made a statement that was proven false, tried moving the goalposts to save face, lost there, made a passive aggressive “say it to my face!” Post, got called out on that too, found out he was about to get banned, and started sucking up.
Otherwise adds nothing to the board.

The Muncie rats you refer to have been the group complaining about Whitford for the past five years and calling for his head. The same group has demanded change and accountability. And, no one even remotely likes IU on this forum if you’ve paid any attention. I like Lewis and his attitude, pedigree, toughness. I could care less that he’s from IU but the fact he is and has some Bobby in him is awesome from my perspective. Since Knight left, IU has been uninteresting. Pretty much anyone who is objective has acknowledged that the season so far has been refreshing but it’s way too small a sample size to make any bold predictions. We have a really shallow bench this year and some flaws. We need to see how Mike recruits and what his ideal roster looks like in the next year or two. FWIW, there are way more disagreements on here than not so that is not an issue. Just bring a strong argument and some facts instead of 6th grade bullshit. |

I would like to see Kent play IU. Jackson-Davis would be a challenge for them but think that their defense would shut down IU other players. IU does not have anyone to stay with Sullinger and Carry. Kent overall team quickness is better than IU.

Ben Hendricks question. I turned the game off with 8 minutes to go. I saw in the box score Henricks played 3 minutes, 3 points and 2 rebounds. Could he see more PT? How did he look? We need another big.

We need another big. It was total garbage time when he played. I'm afraid if he played "real" minutes, he would be exposed. If he was going to play anything but garbage minutes, we would have seen it by now. Lewis tried Cleary and Owens-White with a few first half minutes. Neither one really stuck in the rotation. I had hoped maybe Lewis could have salvaged some value out of the scholarship taken-up by Hendriks. In my opinion, the only way that happens now is if Hendriks moves on (good God he's got 2 more years of eligibility after this year) and Lewis can use the scholarship on someone else. |

(Beth Goetz was Asst AD). The dorm, fraternity or sorority with the most members in attendance won. I’m foggy on what all they won besides t-shirts & food. It was always the most attended home game of the season. With enough advertising with posters around campus, it should work. |

Accurate assessment from what I've seen and figured he was against Kent's subs. His stat line was good and was hopeful he had progressed. |
