Dline an area of concern. players love new coach morris and say they are now getting better coaching than they were before.
QB appears to already be a 2 horse race between Kelly and tge grad transfer. So far its a healthy competition that likely will not end until fall camp

Anyone know the qb situation for spring practice? Is it a 50/50 split with Kelly and the transfer getting 1st team reps?
Edit: I guess the first post kind of explains this. Any changes?

All reports so far have been Kelly leads the way but if you know what will happen. They will put the transfer at 1 days before the 1st game or start Kelly against kentucky or GA hen pull him to start to the transfer

Ive talked to several people now who have seen some practices and I think its safe to draw some conclusions on the Qb situation. There is still a battle going on but we are now hearing more news on Hatcher but every report also says Kelly has to be also be on the field. So I think its safe to assume we are going to get a 2 QB system. Kelly looks to be set to get packages and be used in scenarios but its not going to work unless its used enough and he is allowed to throw enough to make Defenses play honest.
Another interesting not it seems as if Blazek and Cobb should both be thinking about the portal cause reports are the Semonza kid from Cali is looking really good and getting snaps.
The Comp for QB1 is not over and will not be settled this spring its going through fall.
