It is automatic that we give football and basketball coaches a 3 year pass because the previous coach could not recruit. Then we wait 3 more years for their recruits to get in place. Poof, before you know it, you are 7 years into losing more than you win. That was true for Neu, not so true with Lewis who got a good start with existing talent. FB has other issues with getting a staff up to speed. A change in FB has more moving parts. Neu had that good year which muddied the water whether things were/are going well. I agree with cardfan, the talent issue seems less serious than the staff issues, and style of play. |

So many players are influenced by the assistants who coach and recruit their position. A coach really has to move fast(and well) on staff to recruit the returning players. |

Have heard/read up on the family. This is desperation from both the family(buy their NAIA quality son playing time) and Neu( $ for the program). I will be honest…if this kid gets a lion share of the snaps over Kelly it’s time to move on from Neu. |

I’ve already doubted staff decision making over the years. This appears to be a Frank Gifford drop kick field goal attempt from 60 yards out.

Well Hatcher being on the leadership council without him actually taking a live snap in a game is a joke. This whole deal really has a bad odor to it. Maybe there are others on this council that also have not played I don't know. I f the team selected the council then maybe ok.

I feel like there's a dark cloud hanging over this team that no amount of recruiting or play calling or scheming can overcome, and it comes down to QB choices and it predates this year's roster.

Heard from a lil birdy Hatchers dad has been flying his jet up weekly to Muncie from Little Rock… I’m sure he’s doing everything he can to get his kid snaps…
