I follow the transfer portal at the following site.  Sometimes it might a couple of days for names to appear after they announce:

We need a bunch of bona fide, hybrid guard/forwards.  Let's call them Guarwards...Tweeners...6-3 to 6-6 athletic, fearless, tough-as-nails bad-asses who can drive, shoot, defend and rebound.  Preferably with at least 40 career starts and 2 years of eligibility.  If you can score the ball and click on all fires, we are your school.

Money is of no object to us because we don't have much of it, however we will offer ample amounts of ass-chewing and beer.  There will be beer.  For the students.  We also have a really big gym.  It's frankly huge.  Our mascot is beyond intimidating and our crowd chant of synchronized "chirping" creates a hostile environment like nothing else.  I almost forgot.  We also have Tots.
