This offseason has proven to be wild.. Semonza is right there and could steal this starting gig. Now I think its suicidal and detrimental to throw him out there vs KY and GA. Over a year ago I sent some videos to cardfan and we both agreed this our guy. Whatever IT is this kid has it bunches. If IT can beat out a 6th year senior as a true freshman do you just roll with. Ive seen enough to say and agree that talent wise today its a coin flip but Semonza has been better but he is going to do freshman things like play really awesome and then throw that freshman pick. If Camp has been this close why even bother with Hatcher why not give it all too Semonza. Live and Die with youth or get near the same results with the old gunslinger
Kellys packages will not change based on above. He just has not been allowed to throw

It'll be a 1 QB system next year then when Kelly transfers and Hatcher graduates

I hate what they have done with Kelly its still my opinion that he is the difference maker and deserves a shot with a full playbook. Let us see for ourselves

I still like redshirting Semonza and letting Kelly go for it and then let them battle again next year. If hatcher has allowed it to be this close with a true freshman and redshirt soph with next to zero experience that should tell everyone hes not all that

Maybe has to give him game reps, too. Not sure a R/S works anyway, not without promise to start... It will be hard to keep him around, in any case for 4 years? What is good here about 3 QBs is it will be hard for Neu to give anyone a long leash. Especially true if we see a freshman get any game reps early. And even if Kelly is just a change of pace maybe we'll actually see that used. This camp QB thing is different from past years. |

3. Semonza steps in and lights it up for a year.
4. We all root for Semonza with tears in our eyes while he tears it up after transferring to UCLA.

However, the addition to that is, this staff won't be here for # 3, the Semonza year, if they only win 3 this year. |

But clearly it's because we aren't very optimistic about Hatcher, we like Kelly but that is in conflict with the wish that Semonza to be good. But most of all we don't know what the f is going to happen. Which all kicks in fear with hope. The BSU FB story is mixed fear and hope much of the time.
For which reason, I would not bet on any one of those things.

So what are the odds one of these 3 guys rallys us to 6-6 and saves NEU
Or after starting 1-4 Hatcher is dumped and Kelly or Semonza or kellymonza rally us to finish 5-7 is that enough to sell the future and buy Mike another year.
