Still too many turnovers but they are playing good competition. It’s a veteran group and they’ll be ready for MAC play.

Lady Cards down a very average Pittsburgh team 73-62.
Turnovers are still an issue, but we also force a lot of turnovers. Shot 90% from the FT for 18 points today. Bischoff with 18, Becki with 17, and Richard with 15. 19 points off the bench.
We beat a team we should beat and that's always a good thing.
Georgia up next. Will be a challenge, but we have the caliber to win.

I see where Bowling Green is hosting #1 South Carolina in the Stroh Center. How'd they manage to get South Carolina to travel to BG?

The only thing I can figure is S.Carolina came to a shitty weather state to show the girls how good they have it at home. Our team is in Florida to show our girls that the sun does shine.

BG has played Iowa, S.Carolina and next up is IU. I think BG will be a force in the MAC because of this brutal schedule and the fact they have Fleming back who scored 24 against Iowa and Caitlan Clark. Our game with Georgia will be very competitive as they have 3 good scorers, rebounders etc. They also have a 6-5 center from Senegal who doesn't play much. We both have beaten Troy this year by about 15 points.

Georgia beat Pitt today 65-59. A close game throughout. Georgia had 27 turnovers. I think Hampton will be a bad dream for Georgia come true.

Well we won not having a good day. 33% from the field missed free throws, foul trouble you name it. I think our pressing defense, not perfect today, really gets to teams by the fourth quarter however we did play smart by fouling Ga. worst free throw shooter(40%) We did not deserve to win but did. Mark of a really good team. by the way Toledo got drilled by Duke. Rockets Lockwood out with injury. Looked like a knee problem. Happened in their previous game with Oakland. Toledo men also got beaten by about 20 by Vermont. Hope our men make it respectable tonight against Minnesota
