Becki reminded me of Watson from Buffalo couldn't miss. The thing is BSU has four or five at any time could get that hot. Estel, Bischoff, Hampton, Muhl. So much for the "trap" game. Once again the defensive worked after taking Central's best shot. Next is Toledo and a real test. Big talented girls in the post, Wired (sp) and Tanisha who will be formidable even with one leg.

Sophia Wiard for toledo got 40 last night against Kent. Becki got 36. Hampton needs one point to break 1000. Kent has a good team but still got about 20 behind. Kent did come back but Toledo just too much.

Ball State and Toledo are by far the two best teams in the MAC this season. The rest of the MAC is very average at best. Looking forward to the Cardinals showdown with the Rockets Sunday in Worthen. Would not be surprised if BSU and Toledo don’t tie for the MAC league championship this year with one loss a piece.

The BSU/Toledo game will be over so that you can still watch about 3 fourths of the Chief game.

Well we certainly gave Toledo something to think about. Our press continues to cause problems but our half court defense last night was off the chart. The 6-5 center for Toledo was not a factor. Locket and Wiard were off their game somewhat because of the defense. But the Rockets did hit some open threes. Looks like we will have to play them two more times.
