They obviously wont let Kelly pass, but how much worse can our passing game be. Kelly wont be able to do anything if we dont open him up.

ESPN doesn’t have the stats but I’d love to see the penalties. No complaints about the refs. There are a lot of penalties that have just killed drives. This officiating has not been terrible, but we just cannot buy a PI on our tight ends. They’re constantly interfered with. |

On that second down Paddock had tons of open field in front of him and he threw it across field to Steele at the line of scrimmage for basically no gain. Gotta just take those yards.

Offense looks way better than usual in that 1st quarter. Great start. Miami QB looks worse than ours. Keep it going! Yeah, their qb has ended more of their drives than our defense. |

I watched EMU play at Oakland today; Emani Bates will light us up! This team with Farachan and Stan Heath Coaching is going to be a tough out in the MAC! EMU loses at Oakland in OT. Either team would be us right now. Their message board isn't taking their loss as optimistically as you are. |

I was disappointed in the student section attendance. Are they on break already? Not til Wednesday. Bummer. Maybe it was the opponent. I appreciate Lewis’ efforts to build hype but Earlham and IUSB arent the most exciting teams to bring in. |
