you gotta wonder who's job it is to keep track of this minutia.
ever think they might be looking at the Code Purple Dancers while munching on a stadium dog and just guessed a time or two?

Since we're drafting at #26, I wonder if Marquise Brown from Oklahoma will be available. A little short at 5'9", but very quick with good hands. Eye-popping numbers this year, but was injured in the Big 12 title game.
Harry from ASU has size, and is pretty versatile, but not as fast as some. Gets good YAC.
Arcega-Whiteside from Stanford might be the ticket. He's played wide and in the slot, and is pretty fast once he gets going. Great numbers this year. Might have trouble getting his full name on the back of his jersey.

Colts fired the oline coach. 🤷♂️ Had to be some friction there. And the line was not so good in the big title game.
Some clue from the season. Reich made a point of being in the room with the line and coaches more than is ordinary practice all year. And the article indicates not ALL those linemen were in his camp. Also. There was some controversy over several of the players released by the Colts, notably a player who ended up starting almost right away elsewhere when this coach told him he had no leeway in an absence the HC and front office were giving a lot of leeway.
"DeGuglielmo was blunt and direct, outspoken during practice and in interviews with the media. He rarely held anything back. “I’m not changing,” DeGuglielmo said of his hard-nosed approach midseason. “If they don’t like me, they need to learn to accept it or move on. Or move me on, one of the two. I’m not changing.” That’s what Reich did Tuesday. Suddenly, he’ll be looking for a new coach to lead one of the best lines in football."
Who is the boss with a beloved "nice guy" coach like Reich has to be clear. This is what we want a little of from Mike Neu.

Well that came out of left field. But then I read that he was originally a Josh McDaniels hire, so it becomes a little less surprising.
Apparently it was DeGuglielmo who saw the tackle potential in Braden Smith....so there's that.

Wonder how many of the NFL people who are singing Nelson's praises would pull the trigger on a trade to let go of Calvin Ridley AND another mid-1st round pick for Nelson? My guess: zero.

Well, whatever, but when I read that my main thought is : thank goodness we are no longer having to rely on the likes of Denzelle Good.
