I've noticed over the years, that people, through their efforts and decisions, actually have some influence over their own outcomes in life.
By the way, how do we explain the huge gender disparity in victims of police violence? Surely males are being discriminated against here?

By the way, how do we explain the huge gender disparity in victims of police violence? Surely males are being discriminated against here? Now you are on to something. Those whinging women who constantly claim discrimination in employment and other areas. We gave them the vote, didn't we? Through their own efforts and decisions they can influence over the outcomes in their lives! There is no such thing as sexism!
Look at your undeniable statistical proof, evidence from crime statistics.
And I am sure it is all tied in somehow with affirmative action? I wasn't quite following your point about that above. Probably applies here, I see now. It's only fair women have lower income and other disparity! After all, they get affirmative action! AND they don't get roughed up and killed by the police as much. Yes that is it.
I guess the good news is that I am sure we see more black women are arrested and roughed up than white women to make up for and balance out all that racial affirmative action where they benefit.

Just simply tell me why men are arrested so much more often than women
As a bonus, you might also explain why asians are arrested less and get higher test scores than whites.
Also curious: out of the hundreds of thousands of white/Asian/Hispanic kids playing cornerback at US high schools, why have zero of them earned an NFL starting position for a decade?

Sorry to break it to you, but since the last white starting cornerback (Jason Seehorn) in 2003, there would have been somewhere around 300,000 to 400,000 white/Asian/Hispanic HS cornerbacks funneled through the potential feeder system. During this same period, there were 1024 opening day starting NFL cornerbacks (not counting nickel). These hundreds of thousand of potential cornerbacks were zero for 1024 in gaining one of these spots. It's one of the most astounding statistics in professional sports. But who knows? Maybe Calhoun the younger will be the one to break the streak.

This is devastating news.. I guess I will be going to costco and buy a 6 year supply of protein drinks.. Going to have to retrain him to hybrid safety/lb tweener. I gotta do it fast though because at 10 years old the college coaches are going to be looking soon.

Pittman Jr had emergency surgery Sunday night on his calf.
Have the Colts really been that unlucky over the last 6+ years with lower body injuries, or is it time to start questioning the medical staff and strength coaches?

Injuries all over the NFL This season. The lack of a true training camp hasn’t helped.
Pittman’s injury was just one of those freak things. He may have been kicked.

I think a player fell on his leg during a tackle. I noticed him limping off the field at one point in the first half, and he didn't come back until the second half.

It seemed like Rivers had 7 or 8 targets this past weekend to throw to, so we might not miss Pittman while he recuperates. Then again, it was against the Jets.

But when they lose to the Jagoffs in the first game, it puts them in a hole.
Not the good kind, either.
