Pittman Jr had emergency surgery Sunday night on his calf. Have the Colts really been that unlucky over the last 6+ years with lower body injuries, or is it time to start questioning the medical staff and strength coaches? You could probably put a 1 in front of that 6. It seems like ever since the Colts won that Super Bowl, they've had an ungodly number of injuries. Pretty sure they cleaned house on the medical staff around the time Pagano and Grigson were finally disposed of, but that's kind of been another revolving door in the organization for awhile now.

Curious how the Colts, after lavishing huge draft capital on their super wonderful offensive line, are dead last in avg yards per rushing attempt. D.F.L. in the NFL. I mean....can't they just run behind Quinten Nelson for 5+ yards any time they want?
Am also pretty sure I was told the super wonderful offensive line would lead to a Philip Rivers rejuvenation.
What ARE we getting for the investment of those first round picks, anyway?

Quick question for the football experts... why does nearly every college offensive lineman wear the heavy duty knee braces, but not a single lineman in the NFL, unless they have had a past knee injury, wear them?

Because it been proven to really protect you and at the college level you can be forced to wear them. Every player hates them and as a professional you have the choice to say screw it

I barely watched the game and wasn't paying attention when I did. Did Pinter play?

linkThis Philip Rivers "tackle attempt" is the funniest thing I've seen in the NFL since the Mark Sanchez butt fumble or the Chuck Pagano fake punt.

Unfortunately, Rivers has fallen into Dan Marino territory with his absence of SB rings, and his douchebaggery in press conferences.
