Minshaw is valuable to have if you are OK with not making the playoffs but you want to have enough wins to stay out of the top 5 of the draft.
Personally, I don't like that.

Pretty close to that bottom of page 8 this thread and the discussion around there. Of course you rarely have anything good to say about the Colts GM so I could be mistaken in my recollection.
Still, comparing Colts to the Bears...shame on you!

That quote was made in the expectation that Richardson would be playing. The only comment I remember making on Minshaw concerned his resemblance to Johnny Ringo of Tombstone.

Meanwhile Minshew keeps on keeping on.
Not the worst QB but anything he does well is a bit of a surprise.
Well worth his price tag.

Minshew may win you a couple games, but he's going to lose a couple for you too.
The big surprise this past week was Shaq Leonard being cut. Sounds like his back issues have not been resolved, and he may not pass a physical to join another team. I think he's played his last game, which is a shame. He's a good dude. I hope he was smart with his money.

I hope he was smart with his money. The high priced QBs may lose more games, he plays it safe. The problem is if he wins any games it is by surprising you with a good play. The top QBs you expect to make big plays. And, those good QBs are such a threat they make others have more chances to win even if they don't make the hero play.
As for Shaq, even passing the physical he is apparently just not the same guy. And expensive...
Colts now have some millions to extend others. Maybe, put toe in free agent market.
