The Titans. I'm not sure what chance BSU has against these folks. After all, they are Gods, incestual Gods at that. BSU is mere mortals.

Those Greek gods always are warring against each other, we should have no problem with our teamwork overcoming their uncoordinated efforts.
Remember the great tales of Achilles, Odysseus, Perseus, and Theseus who were mere mortals all capable of great feats. Not to mention the demigod Hercules.
We will put out a team of mortal heroes ready for the challenge! Never fear, although I know we can't be completely sure of our modern Greek heroes. I do have some concern about Bumbalough of ancient Greek lore, a hero so well known for defeating giants, taunting the gods, throwing bricks at them.

I had been saying that we needed a more consistent and well-rounded player as a starter over Bumbalough. But I thought that player could be Owens-White. I was surprised to see Bumbalough not starting before Ownes-White was playing. I have also said that I thought less minutes could make Bumbalough a more consistent shooter by reducing fatigue. But another possibility is that Bumbalough becomes despondent over losing his long-time starting position and loses the effectiveness he has had.

bumb was no better last night. He's lost his touch and can't seem to regain it. We've only seen moments of good offense from him--not at all what he looked like he'd bring coming out of HS.

Wasn't there a Titan named "Mongo?" And when your dad is Uranus, well, that can't go well. But is does get worse. Uranus was the son and husband to Gaia, and they produced 6 boys and 6 girls. Very messed up. And those 6 boy and 6 girl Titans got it on and they produced the Olympian gods. Holy sh!+!! Greece never stood a chance. |

Watching the womens game vs. Butler right now. I'm reminded what good basketball looks like. Hustle, ability to read defenses, running tight plays, good shot selection, playing aggressive defense, attacking the rim. Year in and Year out, doesn't matter whose on the court. Playing like this, we will be lucky to win more than a few MAC games! This team looks terrible. If they don’t get better we might be asking for a redo in our coaching staff!
