I didnt make the Earlham game, but watching Lewis on the bench is more exciting than the game. He doesnt put up with much. Stupid mistake or low effort and your replacement is hopping up off the bench.

It’s not necessarily staff. It’s the complete 180 in coaching style from whit to Lewis. These guys are having demands and accountability out on them that whit never did. They are in the process in unlearning bad habits and learning what it takes to win. Add in a lack of enough real talent at guard and no depth of front and we’re going to struggle. This thing is gonna take time to turn around. And I’m betting Lewis is sending some messages in who doesn’t start and who doesn’t play at all right now.
Bumb really is overmatched in Lewis’s style of play. He can’t shoot and he can’t guard, so he’s not gonna play much.

IUSB has made some good cuts to the basket, got some favorable match ups. Surprisingly good near the basket.

The bench is the great persuader. Ass hits bench...bench retains ass...ass sends message to brain...brain sends message to body...body gets ass off bench...formerly benched ass returns to basketball court and plays better basketball. Looks like Lewis understands this...Whit NEVER did.
