To summarize Lewis’s comments about the cryptic statement in the previous presser: (after UB GAME kid asked if he’d comment, good for him) it’s a personnel issue not a facilities issue. Looking out for wellbeing of one of the players. Lewis felt his rights were violated. Not happy about that and said he’d feel same way about any athlete or any student on campus. Reiterated it’s a personal and personnel issue not facilities and he complimented facilities staff. University is working through the issue. 1. Good on Lewis for being willing to elaborate. 2. Yikes. 3. Presser is now up on YouTube. Big Ben and Mickey went first. The plot thickens

The earlier comment referred to lost practice time.
Could be coaches had to spend time on something related to a player who had rights violated?
Or, assume a player was unable to get to practice and somebody prevented that, violating rights of the player?
Or both?
In any case calling a personell issue says that a BSU employee was at fault?

Knowing how BSU administration works, I’m betting Lewis is gonna get smacked for saying things out loud……

Time for another top three list.
What rights were violated? 1. The right to sit where desired in class. 2. The right to party. 3. The right to bear arms.
Maybe not. He did say health and well being.
4. The right to breath air filtered through a clean HVAC filter.
Still, I'm betting on 2. Right to party. Lewis is big on that in the pre-game video.
You've got to fight for your right to party.

Could also be related to our international player? Just grasping at straws really. Compliance always comes to mind as well.

Seems it was an away game (Minnesota or Kent State) where the opposing team's announcers let out the fact Brittian-Watts wasn't going to play at all this year. Before that we were all guessing when he might to healthy enough to suit-up. I can't remember an official announcement from Lewis. Maybe someone leaked what his injury is?

I’m hearing from reliable sources that a player was beaten up by a woman wearing a light colored sweater in a McDonald’s drive thru, and the university failed to back him up

The right to declare yourself a girl and play women's basketball Maybe it was the right of a member of the women's program to declare themselves a man and join the men's team. Could concievably be one of Lewis' best recruits to this point.

per daily news Mitchell declined comment and passed the buck to communications who then also declined to comment In that case I also have no further comment. Time to focus on the McDukeout and how we can schedule a rematch at the armory in Muncie with an undercard of midgets…I mean vertically challenged people aka the Snow White Posse.
