He hasn’t shot any 3’s yet. I say keep him on the perimeter more for offense. Might get his confidence going more shooting open shots.

I keep reading from some of our more sage posters how we are better than the other bottom feeders in the MAC but the evidence clearly doesn’t support that. We are 4-11 in our last 15 contests and our best player has regressed and the team has naturally followed. Even if we pull this out, Western is absolutely hammering Miami who just waxed us by 20. We have shown no consistency or closing ability in close games and our bench is thinner than a dime. Making the top eight has become our goal which is sad and such a hollow benchmark because who believes we will do anything but get de-pantsed should we miraculously make it to Cleveland.
Baseball looks relevant as do Brady’s Ladies. Moving on.

Toast. Completely toast. Bashir worn down. No one else capable of anything. Just please be merciful and let this season end and Lewis start from scratch and work to prove he’s HC at the right place at the right time.

You can see why these teams are fighting it out to not make the MAC Tournment. They are both terrible, Terrible! Sad part, I’m still watching and will watch to the end!

Cards now down by eight, I actually think it is possible Lewis will decide this job is hopeless and will leave and take an assistant job else where. Without some major cash, it will be very difficult to field a winning team next season. Thanks to the NIL and the portal allowing transfer without sitting out. Hopefully the Cards can make a comeback tonight.

The NIU commentator suggested that we might be picked to win the MAC in next year’s preseason. So it’s probably time to extend Lewis. Strike while the iron is hot.

He probably said that because we don’t have a senior that plays meaningful minutes. Assumes everyone will come back. |
