Do we want to play? The real question. Peyton is out not just for this game but the entire season. Their next big man Hornbeak has also been out with injuries lately but is considered questionable for this game. Kent blog thinks they may play zone to be able to rebound against us. They must not have watched the WMU game. I think Lewis will have us playing hard. So again it will boil down to having less turnovers than the opponent & shooting the ball well ie more 3s & hitting 40% of them. Looks interesting.

My main interest in this game is who, if any, will come-out to get their senior going away stuff? Will Ben Hendriks go through Senior Night and we can stop guessing if he'll be back next year or not? Will Ethan Brittain-Watts, who never played a minute due to injury, make an appearance? Mickey Pearson has been in school long enough to graduate and move-on to greener pastures for his last year of eligibility as a graduate transfer. Maybe he'll be honored on senior night like Coleman was last year.

You're not interested that we have a couple of possible routes to the MAC tourney that total to nearly a 1% chance? And that from there we would only be 9 wins away from a national championship?
Jeez. We have THE most negative, hard-to-please fanbase.

Britain-Watts gets a medical RS and you don’t recognize a kid who’s literally never played in a game for you anyway. Senior night is going to become more infrequent in the new world order. |

The remaining chances to make the MAC tournament, slim as they are, at least keep us from being Zombie Undead BSU basketball for the time being. A thing whose natural life has ended but that continues to walk about, animated by some grisly disease or demonic possession.
Of course this probably WILL be our condition for the trip to BG

According to the Ben Hendriks historical picture page on the official site, he has had three sophomore years but only one junior year so far. He's probably due at least one more junior year, I think. Ben Hendriks Historical |

Ben Hendriks Historical The Moose from Mississauga is eligible to come back next year and maybe another since he got a medical RS in 2021-22. Given all the transfers, if he stays until 2026 he could land in a few records and get his double PHD. |
