Saw several names missing. We knew Bowick bailed after the last game. Some defender names not there. Frazier. McClain. Had at least one oline backup in the starting line up. The guys that stayed put up a fight for awhile but we were just trying to finish the season at this point. I figure OU will put up huge numbers against us next week. And then we wait to see how badly bsu butchers the search…

So what happens to players that bail before the season is over?
Do they claim injury? Do they forfeit that semester’s school-funded fees?

Saw several names missing. We knew Bowick bailed after the last game. Some defender names not there. Frazier. McClain. Had at least one oline backup in the starting line up. I'll have what you guys are drinking, pass it over. I think our result will be more about how the players respond. We have the talent and ability to beat anyone in the MAC. If the players are locked in and we make good decisions on play calling and game management, this is very winnable. I don't really see the players being locked in. I think the majority liked Neu and we now have nothing to play for. I expect this to be our worst loss of the season. We had more fight than I expected, but also as I expected it was our biggest loss yet. No more one score games for us. I expect the same against Ohio. |

Bowick will get redshirted.. By my count we had 4 known portals before the game.. Could have had more like I said Ive only talked to a couple people and they seemed ro rhink we would be ok.. Got a message today while I was gone to expect more. Im going to expect alot more.. Today was tge first game of ball state fball I did not make an attempt to watch in years.. Didnt even know who won till after 8 oclock

Word is that we are hemorrhaging players between portal out and opt outs…not sure what kind of team we are going to see out there today or next week. Yet someone else with inside sources is telling us most guys are looking forward to a change and there’s enough pride inside the locker room to go out and compete……. We have good kids & playing hard in spite of no being bowl-eligible. I am hearing that no one is missing Neu. Mike was demeaning towards the kids by blaming the players vs. himself for the losses. |
