Thanks! Sounds A LOT like the fiascos of BSU! The athletic department staffers hate successful coaches because they ask/ expect them to do their job and do it well. People lacking ambition hate people with ambition. And I think our challenges at president and AD are well documented...

People lacking ambition hate people with ambition. And I think our challenges at president and AD are well documented... That could be, but it's not the only thing that breeds discontent. There's also the administration making strict rules, and letting a favorite ignore them. Coaches will hate penny pinching for their program and seeing somebody else not having to do it. Ronnie Txxxxxxxxx expected lots of perks others didn't get and was hated within weeks if being hired for just not caring about the rules that only applied to others. Even if successful, that's going to hurt other programs, and an AD can't lose the locker room so to speak, he'll need staff and other coaches to pull together down the road.

Interesting, thanks to autocomplete I didn't have to type that name. What good technology. I'm curious why you didn't type our his real name. Partly, I had to deal with that distasteful ass. He got a colleague fired quite unfairly. But mostly I consider him responsible for digging a hole and throwing the Program into it. A hole we had not the resources or wits to deal with.

You know whats Hilarious Lewis refers to that guy as that guy and BSU was not even a blip on his radar at that time... Its funny that everyone then and now see the terrible mistake hiring him was except the buffoon who did it

The autocorrect is too limiting for a fluent speaker of Robese. Very difficult and subtle even for those of us with experience parsing it.
