Seven games left in the season and BSU is 15-9. Do they make it to 20 wins?

Even with our bench being reduced to two true freshman and a walk-on, easy money we win 20

We have Northern twice which helps the cause.. Toledo and Buff appear to be locks for 1 and 2 seeds the rest of the MAC is a jumbled mess

The last stretch of games was very hard even if were playing well. We might have wanted more, but I can't say we are too far from where we'd be if we were playing pretty well. The difference is more that we have much less upside as we go down the stretch, we are not a clear #3 team anymore.
Still. Unless further disaster strikes, we are odds on to get to 19. 4-3 to end the regular season. Decent chance to win one on the road.
We are vulnerable in the next few games, so I worry about that, believe we will regroup, hit a new equilibrium and be OK as we finish the season. Whitford pointed out the press conference it is easier to reorganize and teach without the travel schedule.
These guys, with all the flaws have faced a lot, and taking Kent to overtime, beating Toledo on the road show we can produce good efforts. Right there next to games where we just don't have it. We may yet have a game where shoot the ball well!?
They will have just enough to prove in the MAC tourney that with a decent draw, we can also add a win there.

Yep that’s what I’m thinking. 5-2 I is very hard to see, with no game on the schedule where we are clear winners, maybe NIU@home, but then BG might have been one. (I do give BG credit for producing a very good effort when on the road missing a good player. But then their backs were to the wall and they had nothing to lose and need wins worse than we do.)

I predict wins over Kent, Northern (1x), and CMU. 3-4

Realistically. Will this be another CIT year or do they do CBI?

With short handed team see little reason to participate unless we are on a roll and somehow players might benefit from more games.
If the team is not excited about it and we are limping along after giving everything in the MAC, like last year...

They regretted the pay for play last year. So they shouldn’t do it this year.
