I was checking scores on ESPN and saw that Stetson beat Johnson 125-51. Brown was not in the box score. That’s a surprising result as Johnson is usually the one doing the pounding. Johnson was left deflated by the loss.

That's not what was shared with me. Could be wrong but he's got a lot of marketing appeal. Gatorade alone would be a good fit. Just sayin. Well since your gatoraiding I’ll chomp chomp Rob is ready and willing to pony up to make Carson Steele the official running back of the Calhoun family.

I was surprised to see Steele was still behind Lewis for record yards for a season. I guess Steele just had to work so much harder for his yards that it felt like more. Give him 3 NFL offensive lineman and a credible passing attack like Lewis had and Steele would be unstoppable.

The sample size on Kelly is too small, but Kelly’s performance at Miami really made me doubt what Neu is doing here. Paddock has not played well all season but I tried to learn my lesson from last year when I wanted to see Paddock over Plitt, only to conclude that Plitt was, in fact, the better option.
If Kelly gets to be starter next year and kills it, or if he transfers somewhere else and kills it, I will be very frustrated.

I saw attendance was 368. Little do these opponents realize that this feels like a home court advantage to us Cardinals. That is surprising to me. I listened to the radio feed and our fans sounded loud.

Both of these games following the same script. Playing from behind and can’t seem to get over the hump. We go on runs then give up runs.

As long as I don’t see Carson Steele or Kiael Kelly I’m good. There are a couple guys on defense I don't want to see leave either, but yeah those are the guys I expect to leave and really don't want to lose.

Just a note: In seven years, our NFL QB coach appears to be on the cusp of producing two NFL running backs and zero NFL quarterbacks. Maybe a running QB is the unicorn that needs to be pursued? Neu's NFL QB was Drew Brees. Who do you think did the coaching? I love Mike. He's a Cardinal. To be successful he needs to surround himself with quality assistants. He has not done that on the offensive side. He's not a good enough coach to do it without a lot of help. With Kevin Lynch as his OC he is cutting his own throat. Lembo is the example of how the primary job of the HC is to hire the right assistants. When he had his crew from Elon we were awesome. When he made bad replacement hires at OC and DC we collapsed.
